I am deeply honored to work with each individual and get to know you on both a personal and professional level.  I do not take our coaching relationship lightly and have one goal - your success! If you're not successful, then I haven't done my job.  I am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and through my 25+ year career in tech and climbing the ladder to Vice President, I have interviewed, supported and coached a number of individuals in their career pursuits.  I have also worked with a number of C-level executives and coached them through KPI setting, strategy, motivation, DE&I, conflict and negotiation.  Bottom line - no challenge is too big or small and most likely I have encountered similar in my career.

My dad always said "Drive On" to elicit drive and success to those around him. This was always a personal motivator for me.   My coaching style is to carry the 'Drive On' spirit and help motivate my clients to their full potential using honesty, empathy, creativity, yet also a pragmatic approach.   I help you set goals and create accountability to reaching those goals.
